we wont truly know until closer to beta.
it's an isometric game so you won't need a great video card, however, the client could use more cpu instead.

an i5 + 8GB ram + SSD and a low budget Graphic card should be enough I don't think the requirements will be higher.

@finland That left me out lol i use a laptop i3,6GB ram and its a normal disk not a SSD with a Intel HD 5500

SSD just loads textures and zones faster. they're pretty cheap.
the HD 5500 might be a little low, however, developers love hardware like yours specifically for feedback on how well, or not, the game runs.
the HD 5500 is an equivalent of an GeForce 710m or Radeon HD 5570.
for $550 you can build a pretty good desktop however it wont have a monitor or keyboard/mouse.

@jetah Oh man thanks for the link

it's possible your laptop will work but it's really on the low end of hardware.
keyboard and mouse you can get cheap. monitors I can't help with because I've been using a tv for 5 years.
I would suggest a mouse with at least some buttons on the thumb. They're really handy to put bags/inventory, escape, jump on.

Yeah i know,i just use it for college, not real gaming ,i can run skyrim se on ultra but i have script lag
-
ah.
that 550$ system isn't bad. it's a decent gaming rig and should last 2-3 years maybe up to 5 if you swap the video card out when the 1100 series comes out.
-
@finland i will try with my laptop an Lenovo Ideapad 100-15Ibd
6gb ram, Intel i5 5200U 2.20 ghz and an Nvidia Geforce 920M.
If it doesn't work, i would use the other one

If you need new PC for Fractured just wait for AMD Ryzen APUs. Then you can save 200$ on the GFX.

From what we have seen thus far I would not expect the system specs to be too high. I would guess a solid internet connection will do you more good than a top rated video card. That being said a 920 is one of the lower cards of the last generation but I would still put it as a solid possibility for this game.
