Can't join the game

I'm a backer and its been an hour on the loading world screen. any idea how to get in the game?
And is there only human we can play atm?

yeah just humans for now, for your problem i think i read some posts about it but can't remeber if there is a fix for it. Tried reinstalling or running as admin, since it works fine for most of us.

thx for the advice but it didnt work for me.. ive reinstall, start in admin mode.. still not working
