Magic tied to races

Will certain races have magic tied to them? To clarify, will certain races get magic that only that race will be able to use such as special blood magic for a Blood Demons.

@ROCKARMY No, every character will have all the spells available to him (after he spends a long amount of time to learn them all, of course).
Different races will have different racial bonuses, and (maybe) some racial spells. But nothing extensive as you are suggesting.
