Everyone who buys access, so no speicific max amount.
You get Alpha 1 access starting with the Knight Pledge, which costs 150€. Every Pledge above also gives you Alpha 1 access.

There will be no "waves" unless we get a monster amount of sales of Knight+ packs before Alpha 1 starts (unlikely)
