@therippyone I would prefer if they did system similar to the Elder Scrolls, where you have a mana/magicka bar for magic and a stamina bar for physical attacks.
However, Skyrim did also make mages more overpowered than they should be.

In the enchanting video in the 4th spotlight, there was an electric sword. As for the multiple uses of one spell, that would be interesting. We have heard of some examples of this, like using an ice spell to build bridges, and in the gameplay video, Prometheus and Uriel use a lightning spell to electrocute a swamp while fighting giant mushroom creatures.

It would also be interesting if people using abjuration could cast wards on teammates that only drain mana when the recipient is taking damage.

@natsha10 The skills you are suggesting fall under the Necromancy school of magic, and all races can access these skills.
However, one thing that I am wondering is if they will implement something similar to how the vampire skill works in Skryim. There, vampires have less magicka and stamina during the day, but also have some other benefits, such as specific abilities. For example, a lich maybe could be able to entrance NPCs and make them their thralls, or something else along those lines.

Especially since this is more of a crafting based game, I would imagine not everyone would try to get builds suited for PvP. I know there are some people who want to be alchemists and farmers, so I doubt people will follow specific paths.

Also, for the 5th question, there are tasks you need to complete in order to unlock spells, so I guess that is kind of like a quest.

RE: Necromancy skills
Another interesting mechanic to have would be in order to summon stronger permanent minions, you would have to kill an npc and raise them up again. This would cause you to have the murderer tag, which would make the consequences more interesting.
Granted, this would make it hard to be a good necromancer.

The major thing is to do your daily posts, read and tweet/post all the news, and also try to win the drawings.
I have gotten 20 levels from ambassador drawings, and they are a really good way to level up.

RE: Guild Crest Pledge Doubt
I believe that the devs will contact you for that probably after the Alpha. Other than the custom guild crest, we are also waiting on the custom creature, town names, and a few others I may have missed.
