I was thinking with some friends and we got to talking about how it'd be awesome if a guild could hold a contest of its own somehow like maybe adding something that allows guilds to check how many people killed a certain enemy or how long someone spent forging weapons and add an auto selection option to eliminate bias for giving the rewards. I also was thinking that it might be too hard for individual guilds to do so and if it was then it could be a multi-guild contest or thing like that to support joining guilds.
