Will you be able to hire NPCs to do things in your properties? Work on forges, cook, sew, farm, sell, clean, security... and so on?
Will there be a limit on how many properties or buildings you can build/own ?

Good to see the big boost, that should be the spark we needed to light that midnight fire!
One thing I might suggest, can you change the first stretch goal to a lower more obtainable level? $150k does seem like end goal now more than a starting point. I would say $110k to start with each 10 or 15K being a level.... unless a steam roll happens, but I would rather see the first one still start quite a bit lower.
@Prometheus keep kicking butt man! This game is gaining the momentum needed to start cracking into the stretch goals! Might be a good idea to pop the first one out and let people see one! Anyway.... this is a great update, lots of answers to questions and more. I might be able to upgrade and if I can stick to a cup-a-soup instead of a night out (without letting the wife know why) it will be easy! Shhhh... no one say a word!
Remember folks, you reap a benefit from backing but the main point is to fund the game. Even at its lowest cost package you are helping and being rewarded. At the $20 early backer point you are getting a $50 value to include beta access.... that is pretty fricking amazing and its disturbing to see so many asking for more. Then again the internet is disturbing most of the time so I am not entirely surprised. The kickstarter reaching its goal is both a boon for promotions and a solid way to get that foot in the door. More people will feel comfortable supporting a game that has already completed a kickstarter. It also shows other investors that there is a market for the game. I urge people to support the kickstarter, its a solid path to getting this game made.
They can still pull off the kickstarter.
Most if not all MMOs enjoy constant updates and revolving content. You can in most cases find things to do solo, then crafting systems if done correctly can facilitate a solo type player experience. There are many facets of MMORPGs that can enjoy a fairly light social aspect. Lack luster MMORPGs make you play them. Awesome MMORPGs let you play them.
@jetah this is one that is a total mess for me, https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/fantasycoinhq/fantasy-treasure-chest, its ongoing, talk about complete disaster.
Anyway ... lets get this back on topic.
I think if we help push this game a bit harder its going to do well. I would not expect a overnight slam dunk but we could see a momentum change if we simply start talking over on their main page of the kickstarter. Simply say some cool stuff about the game, say some encouraging words for the developers, and do the same with the updates. It helps sell the game, not some dark dismal "I thought this would do better" crap thats up there. I look like a one man cheering squad over there already and that doesn't help either, more people need to chime in.
@Logain and @FibS so look.... I have backed over 50 games on kickstarter. I have gotten to know more than one developer in this manner. Being on the front page is pretty much everything if you are under 80%. That is being on the front page under the search for games - video games - popular. Why? Because if you aren't on the front page there is a good reason. How do you stay on the front page? Activity on your kickstarter. Not just from a developer doing updates it needs our clicks, people talking and leaving messages, likes, and shares on social media. Why do you think so many of them have stretch goals that involve sharing on social media? For one it gets the word out and second it keeps them on the front page. I am here to tell you a game on the second page that hasn't met its goal... will not.
We all need to do our part, visit the kickstarter a couple times a day, make a post on a update or the main chat, like and share updates. Do this and it will stay on the front page... keep at it and it will be the top spot.
I might upgrade, but doing so would require me to give up a bit in my budget. If it is a matter of the game getting funded or not I got your back but right now I am pretty much where I am comfortable (already giving up in other areas). I still think there is a good amount of time to push the game on kickstarter... it is sliding down... and if it dips off the front page... well...

I may not agree with them all the time but they all have good shows and could help this game out considerably!
Going to give that stream a watch latter this week!
Super sad I missed it, wife was winning at our favorite casino, and there is no pulling a winning wife from a casino... nope not even going to try. Happy wife happy life.... and helps that she is good at sharing
This game just needs a bit more exposure. Keep plugging it where you can!
Wow! Awesome! Gongrats everyone!
Not at all true Dulu. Getting a mid level push might just be a simple youtube vid/live streamer push away. A simple shout out in guild chats and bumps in gaming forums. Several games I have backed just kept getting it done the entire time. Some of them even started getting stretch goals on the last week.
While I would say that I thought there would be a battle to get some of the Early Bird deals I do not think that the kickstarter is in dire trouble. I would say that there needs to be a solid push for the game from those of us that are active here. Even if you just post up the kickstarter on twitter or facebook. If the project can sell to more people and upsell the $20 EB backers there is no doubt we will be talking about stretch goals before the end. Just because there wasn't a huge day one push it isn't the end of the world.
I have backed quite a few games on kickstarter. I have been part of several games that failed and kicked ass the second time. There are some that just do not take. This game did pretty good on day one, and while I and many others obviously thought the community was larger.... its large enough to show people that there is interest here. The goal is lofty but not crazy high, its pretty easy to get a couple good mid term pushes with good updates.
The more of the game they can show, and the cool stuff.... fighting, magic... and not the seen it before stuff... cool "look at that!" stuff. The sooner the better. Monsters and cool animations, interesting deaths, finishing moves on bosses, that kind of stuff sells.
Will there be travel mounts kinda like seen in other games like EQ2 and WoW that take you from point A to B and kinda show you some interesting spots just cause on the way?
Been here a year, didn't get very involved the first month or two but once I did I never missed a day. Kept up with the community never missed a thing, won several of the weekly drawings.
