Island appearing off coast on Mini Map

Nothing big just a piece of land showing on minimap out in ocean. I circled it in the pic above. I think it is Atlantis.

There are other spots all along the northern coast that are black and while walking causes black line to come across your mini map.

I know in alot of rpgs I've played the reason for that was purely for cosmetics and not areas you could travel to.

Hmm "The end of the Universe" right now (since we don't have more than Myr yet)...
...we should have there a building spot to be able to make a restaurant
