Increase of isometric perspectives games

I haven’t been looking at many games lately. I know blocky pixel designed games were being put out constantly. It seems like the isometric 3rd person overview games are coming back too. In addition to this there is Albion Online, Pillars/Divinity etc.
What do you think?
What’s the best game you have played with this design?

Personally I like Diablo III and this kind of reminds me of that with a better format of game play honestly. I may be way off here but I am willing to find out.

Diablo 2, Runescape and Albion Online. Especially in Albion that isometric camera angle works pretty well so I am confident that Fractured will nail that too.

I do like the first person view, simply so I can zoom in on things and admire the art, or more specifically the new piece of gear I just grinded for.

Probably Baldur's Gate II.
So much atmosphere! (The lairs of the Beholders, or the Illithids, or the Dark Elves... not to mention the dragon encounters...)
