Reading the newsletters?

I apparently joined Fractured after the two newsletters were emailed out, and that unfulfilled quest sitting in the Foundation is needling me.
Plus, I'd like to read them.Any way to get to them now?

- Check the history of the sent news, in it you can find all the letters

@roccandil You cannot receive old newsletters again that were sent before you joined. With that said, the Foundation newsletter quest takes this into account and only shows progress for newsletters that were sent after you joined. That means that your missing newsletters should be in your inbox somewhere.

Hmm. Don't see the newsletters anywhere in my email (inbox/spam/trash/etc.).
How would I find the history of sent news?
