I don't know. It's an issue that regularly pops up and I have no idea how to fix it.

Yeah, it is very strange
I managed to get an icon back on my account, but not the one I was aiming for.
It's like it won't take one of my files, but it took the other (although I had to try like 7)
It was very bizarre.

After much arguing with the system, finally got it.
I can tell you that i needed to do a jpg file.
I needed to log out. Then log in and do it and it worked.
