Settlements as a Solo Player

@logain hadn't thought of that but makes complete sense. If they could I could also see the meta approach of many individuals from one group claiming stuff with the intention of one group controlling all the space they could. I guess that could be interesting in its own right.

I'm not sure a free town of Demons is going to be a good thing.
I mean after all, its a random Thursday night, a Young Human Girl walks in. Does the first person that sees her get to call dibs? Or do you have to call dibs on a part?
Dibs on the left leg.
Dibs on a Finger!

The Brotherhood Without Banners will need a town.

Solo players will be able to found Hamlets - which are created as long as a single upkept player house exists in the City Zone - but they will not be towns proper.
Hamlets can only become towns proper after having a certain minimum number of players, which is determined by the geographical size of the zone the town is in:
- 5 for a small zone
- 10 for a medium zone
- 20 for a large zone
In addition, they have to meet a minimum Prestige level, which is a measure of the town's prosperity. You raise this by upkeeping the town or buying stuff from NPC shops.
