Hero profile too many redirects

when I try to make a hero I get an error that fracturedmmo is doing too many redirects and I can't visit the page.
It said to clear my cookies so I did that, but it didn't solve anything

Hi @HuaMiaoMiao, your account was an old one with whitespaces in it. I've fixed it. You might have to logout and log back in, then it will work
