Will beta 2 be an open beta?

Right now all Kickstarter tiers that include the final game also include access to at least beta 2. Does it mean that beta 2 will be an open beta?

usually beta # is the tier of access. Usually there's an open beta then everyone is invited regardless if they've backed or not.
right now Camelot Unchained has Alpha through Beta 1 in their current test.
