Foundation levels lost since my last login.

So, the last time I checked my foundation levels I had just hit 250 (after previously losing about 22 levels around July). I just saw today that I re-lost levels again and am now level 241 for my third time now. I am very confused what happened. Are they actually gone, or is something just not calculating properly?

Newsletters and such are not registering right now for everyone. It is lower priority because the levels don't really affect anything until launch really, but they are aware of it.

@GamerSeuss Ah, I was just worried that it was something else. The first time I knew it was the newsletters, did not realize the second round of losing my levels was related to the same issue. I was afraid something else entirely happened.
