Wagon Blueprint warn message, even it was removed before.

I was placing a blueprint of a wagon to look to its requierements.
Then i removed the blueprint.
A bit later i wanted to place the blueprint again, then i got this warn message.
I think the "spamfilter"
didn't noticed, that i was removing the previous blueprint.
