[FRAC-2055] Enchantments are not applying buffs to characters

Enchantments are not applying buffs to characters. As the title says. Screenshots below. Please look at strength and constitution attributes and observe the change on the screen. the attributes won't change.

Can confirm, its not just visual. My necklace is supposed to give 8% reduced mana cost but the skill cost is still the same with and without that necklace.

I have noticed as well issues with bonuses from wood.
Wood weapons seem to add the bonus (Birch =luck, Oak= Durability, etc)
But wood shields do not add the bonus. (Even though its listed on the shield)

Yep, I'm seeing this too.

I'm also expiriencing this, I'm not sure but I think the stats have hard cap at 20 for humans. But some other things are also not working I think.

the same for the necklace, I put 2 intelligence and it was to give me one more missile in magic, however it is not working.

Don't think that is it. I have 19 dex and my +1 dex neclace will not put me at 20.

Huh... how strange
I have a Crit Chance, Crit Damage, Endurance, and Charisma necklace and everything increases as it should except Crit Damage.
