[FRAC-1861] Goblin enforcer giving knowledge points past 100% knowledge

After reaching 100% knowledge of Goblin enforcers by hunting in Goblin hills I got status information that I discovered Goblin enforcers again when I hunted them later in time in Vale of Shadows.
I keep getting knowledge points for them in Vale of Shadows area even when I am at 100% knowledge.

I have not yet gone back to see if I get knowledge points in Goblin hills.

Are the Goblin enforcers in different areas counted as different creatures by mistake?

@Mudz Correct. They are essentially two different knowledge mobs; the Vale Enforcers don't exist in the book of knowledge. This is basically a duplicate thread of mine reworded another way.
