[FRAC-1692] No movement options for structures in houses.

All my inhouse structures got no move option.
Outside they have it.
Also some inside structures have just the destroy option instead of the menu.
Here Bed and Bench.

That's cause your place is perfect and doesn't need rearranging.

Obv not enough women on the dev team LOL
NO woman would forget a button to allow them to move the furniture.
I speak as a cis-bi female and y'all can feel free to disagree - but mostly it's funny bc it's true.

i was able to move stuff in my house though in think that was the blueprints
