I can not start world

hello, I have a problem I can not start the game I create a character but when I try to enter it stays work in loading world . And i Can't

Yeah, same here, can't log in since it started.

Same here. Just says LOADING WORLD. I waited over 30 minutes.
Also, when I looked in my task manager to kill the process when I gave up, I noticed it wasn't using much in the way of resources at all. Not even what I'd expect for a loading game on my computer. So it's definitely not overloading my system.

I tried this but I don't know how to send my player.log

@grofire Unfortunately, that didn't work for me. I deleted the files it said to and my character from the server, etc. Then I made a new character, and it still didn't load for me.

I sent in my player.log file-- to send it in, you'll need to have a character, and try to log in. When you close it out after it not loading, go to your email and attach the player.log file that's now in the Fractured folder you deleted stuff from earlier. Email it to support@dymstudios.com
Hopefully they figure it out soon! I was really looking forward to trying it out!
