Question about Kickstarter house plans

If I got an expansive Kickstarter package, let say Knight, I got a cottage, vila and palace building plan.
If I claim them, can I build all three of them on three different lots with one character (assuming I find the room)?
Does my couple of years of carpenter NPC contract applies to all buildings I own simultaniously?
Does my carpenter NPC contract apply to all my characters on my account simultaniously?
Can I claim my Kickstarter items one by one?
During alpha and beta, can I re-claim them between each server whipe?

I thought Prometheus said/posted towns will be reset after each testing phase so I assume houses will as well.
Also, if I recall, Prometheus said VIP is for the account so it would make sense that it could be used on any character.

It might be good if they reset after each testing phase. It will give us a good chance to test multiple areas and designs.

@ladyrowan as i understanded it right there will be a reset after each testing phase, at least at Alpha.

Ok, so only left are the carpenter npc and the claiming of items. In many games you type /claim and they all go to your inventory. But in my case that will be a lot and I probably don't want it all at once.
