About demon karma and races

It is possible,to obtain good karma when you're playing as Demon?
and will there be branches between the races, as a type of subclasses or specialties?

Good karma for Demon : yes you could become an angel.
Branches between races ? : look here spotlight n°1
Type of subclasses or specialties ? you be what you want to be, wanna be a heavy armor warrior with magical power ? you could. wanna be an Evil daemon bard singing the beauty of hell... you could.
They're - no classes - so - no subclasses - you have points to use like you want...

Any subrace can technically have whatever build they want, but their potential stat distributions will lend themselves better to certain playstyles. Hellfire demons might have the potential to be the best warriors in the game, but they'll never be top tier mages.
