Right now you can't play, the servers are not up.
They were taken down at the end of last alpha test, and they will be up again somewhere between February and March.
To play in it, you will need the master package, the second one.

@spoletta Actually, they already said that the next test would officially be the start of beta, so all that will be needed is an Adept package.
