Charge Spell doesn't work with Roads.

There is a bug when you use "Charge" and you get 50%.
And while being on roads, which would give you 30% more, it will stay on 50%, with the buff.

@munch They did say they specifically want some bonuses not to stack, this may just be a case of one of those things.

50% speed bonus is the most you can get under any condition. I already noticed this in the last alpha.
Roads gave you 30% speed bonus and I had a 24% passive speed bonus due to Dex and Frenzy. I could not get past 50%.
