Field of View + click to move

I tried searching for this topic and i found a couple posts about it in 2018 but no feedback. I have to say the current FoV in addition to the forced click to move would make this game a non-starter for me. Can anyone point me to discussion/reasons for this?
It is almost claustrophobically close. you can not see anything 15 yards ahead and 10 yards behind. on top of that with click to move and click to fire (mouseover as well) fights are more of a chore than an exhilarating experience.
I find myself always trying to get the trailing mobs to the east or west just so i can max distance my spells and one miss click and you are suddenly running into the arms of your enemy.

@luminos77 have you tried scrolling out? the field of view isn't too bad when you are fully zoomed out. If we could zoom out any further, it would be hard to target enemies!
