Found my first ?major? bug already, warning

So I made a female character, did not actually log in. then clicked new character, just to see if there was some racial step i missed since human was the only option.
I had a work call so when i saw it took me right back to the default male human I exited game.
After the call I went back in and launched the female character (the only one in my list).
In game that character has the male default body....
I tried logging out and back in in case it was some caching error, nope still male. and the character looks normal(female) on the character selection screen.
I wont delete and start over in case you need to see anything in the logs. also will you be opening up a bugs forum or did i miss one?
