Cotton bug in Vale of Shadows

I tried to pick some wild cotton while in the Vale of Shadows and kept receiving the "Can no longer interact with this tutorial item" message.

@CCFhkCBK I guess you misunderstood.
He already did the Tutorial.
But the wild Cotton is connected to the tutorial ones it seems, should not be like this.

But this is already set as a bug with the ID [FRAC-2281].
