Connection Lost Error & Improvement Idea

Hi!I'm trying to play the game, but after selecting the character, when I press the "play" button, the game starts to load and disconnects me saying "Connection Lost", all day with the same error.
One possible way to improve the experience of players suffering from the current game optimization is to make changes to the graphics available before entering the game world. There is currently no settings menu on the login and character selection screen.

Oi!Estou tentando jogar o jogo, mas depois de selecionar o personagem, quando pressiono o botão "play", o jogo começa a carregar e me desconecta dizendo "Connection Lost", durante todo o dia com o mesmo erro.
Uma possível maneira de melhorar a experiência dos jogadores sofrendo com a otimização atual do jogo é disponibilizar alterações nos gráficos antes de entrar no mundo do jogo. Não existe atualmente um menu de configurações na tela de login e de seleção de personagens.

Hi @Cremoso, it's not a server issue but a client issue. Is this still happening to you? If so, please upload your Player.log file to pastebin.com and post the link here after the failed attempt to login. You can find the Player.log file here:

Hello @Prometheus, now when I press the "play" button it starts to connect to the world and I go back to the selection of characters, without showing the error "Connection Lost".
