You have this there:
"10. WHEN WILL FRACTURED BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC?Alpha testing for high-tier backers is set to begin in 2018. Once the start of our Kickstarter campaign approaches, we’ll release more precise estimates on the major milestones from Alpha 1 to final game release."
