Hello Fractured community. I am back from dealing with school and hope to get to know as many of you as I can! I just upgraded my backing to Eternal to help show support. I really want this game to succeed and hit a release date. I loved playing it when I had time.
Will Fractured do what other games have done have private servers or will it only be on their servers? I am not leaning any which way just realized I couldn't tell. I do kind of like if more though when the game creators control the servers.

I notices a lot of people keep saying alpha, beta, and early access are meaningless but they do have their meaning. Alpha usually means the game is not open people outside the game creation. This means there are a lot more bugs and much more monitored. Beta is when the game is open people outside the company. This means servers or game play are tested by random people who have no really affiliation with the company. Early access is usually done by the creator to get the game known. They usually only release bits and pieces to get people interested before release.
I understand there are exceptions to everything but these terms are not just blind words posted. They also give heads up to the user or consumer about the product. So let's say you character just stop walking, you can report it and not get mad saying "this game is broken" when yes they warned it probably isn't fully functional yet.
Honestly, I like the idea of death being a harsh punishment. I do understand the stress though. Hopefully there can be a middle ground.
@Razvan I understand they are focusing on different things. My friends were just hounding me to ask.
I under DnD is a trade mark style game but I was wondering if there is any plans of aspects of it. Like more types of play styles. I know a lot of my friends who have been wanting to play this have been wondering if they can have combat style pets, summon creatures, or just steal better.
On this topic will there be other forms of races that you have been considering? If this question too open ended or too much in the future is there a place we can express ideas for Races, classes, or anything like that?
If I need to narrow my question please let me know.
