I like this as an alternative to the current cohort of ARPG-style games. Diablo III has been somewhat disappointing, and some of the other offerings in this world are lacking as well. POE is sufficiently complex, but the gameplay isn't compelling. I like the idea of pulling back from the loot-crawler standard and doing something a little more interesting. I'm tired of grinding for that one piece of armor that completes my 'build' and makes me a god-man.
