I can say that I have NOT received an invitation yet.... checks in box... clicks refresh a couple times and a F5 for good measure.... nope, not yet.

I played but did not subscribe to Meridian 59 but the honest first addiction to MMORPGs was EverQuest.

It is also difficult to show off guild wares when in a isometric view. I do hope that some interesting ways will exist to find out guild and alliances visually, either by game mechanics or simply by looking at players. Again though, with cash shop items being visual hiding them under guild stuff may not be an option for some people.

I did like the cloaks in DAoC. Having a combo of all of it might be the best. I am not a fan of covering all my armor and skins with guild clutter though. Being able to toss out a battle standard or carry one in town might be cool as a option.

It will make its way to PC, then I will consider it.

The night sky may be filled with stars but this one shines the brightest!

Good things come to those that wait! Glad to hear its going to kick off next month! Looking forward to hearing all about it and possibly even getting to check it out!

I guess one could say that right now no news is good news. With Alpha just around the bend we are about to get quite a bit of news soon, and some new videos and screens. Lets hope its all worth the wait!

Kind of sounds like a hunter class from WoW.

I hear you do not even need to add hot sauce if you cook demon wings! Though I would not expect there would be enough meat on them to be worth the trouble... you would need so very many. Well the kids are sold on the idea and you know how that goes... pack up the hunting wagon we got some hot wings to hunt!

Again that is one of the most important things, and I stress you should do it more.

I like the idea of a custom resting pose and it would go with picking a combat pose as well. This way people that might look very similar can look different, and guilds that all dress different but all have the same relaxed state would look cool also. I like it!

Fishing can be part of and require so many other skills as well depending on how other crafting and hunting is accomplished. A master wood carved and treated pole and a thin yet strong line do not come easy in the wilds. Blindly throwing your lures or bait into a stream or body of water may not get you anything.... ever... you might need to know where some types of fish tend to be and based on the season or time of day might directly affect what lure or bait should be used. Or you can just get a mage to toss in magic explosives and pick up your ready to eat cooked fish bits.... your choice!

Banks in towns is such a convenience, I hope that will be in this game. It is also a good item to make money for the game, everyone would eventually want to buy more bank space.

Fishing is a fun way to spend free time and when the best spots are in dangerous areas it can be a real sport. I hope it makes it in regardless of its spot on the cash goal list. It just adds a bit of depth to a game that is not combat related and can be an interesting mechanic, so many ways to do it, from just random chance to skill based crafting of lures and exotic bait to skill use of lures and scents and fish attractants. I have been fond of several types of fishing in games, some of them have been quite memorable.
