Many aspect of Fractured recall those of UO: persistent housing, massivly sandbox, non linear progression, not (or at last very few) NPC-driven quest, economic and politic system in the hands of players, Taming, worlds divided by PvP/PvE gameplay (like Trammel and Felucca) and so on.
But the game offer also many different things, it's not just a clone or an updated version of Ultima Online: if you take a look around the news page, the wiki or the forum itself you'll find plenty of infos.
