assassin's set bonus doesn't work
Tried the set today, the crit damage is as big as without the set... Only character window tooltip works. Also tried toggling on and off a few skills that might have prompted this issue but it's the same either way. 600% crit dmg doesn't actually do any extra damage on crits. Tested several skills out of stealth.

game would literally be unplayable if arrows existed and took up weight.(...)
You realize that arrows existed and had weight in previous tests and people could play, right?
and how did that work out in the end, huh?

RE: Arrows - Where did they go?
game would literally be unplayable if arrows existed and took up weight. It's already annoying to grind mobs with 50-60 kilos of free space, because 1 campfire already takes up 24% of your carry weight which is like 90 kg total with a 10 average STR character. If you pick up some animal furs on the way alongside random stuff - you're fked.

Its been stated no refunds. I would suggest watching the plethora of streamers that will be cropping up.
That said. The lowest level of access is $25. If i could have the various $25 I have "thrown" away over the years on things i ended up not liking/wanting/needing I would be able to retire right now
Not everyone is living on the same principles as you do. Plus watching someone else play the game how they want it and trying to imagine your own experience is beyond ridiculous.
Not even a little bit. Do it all the time. Saved so much money by watching streams first. That's actaully why i bought this game. I watched all of the videos that had been released to that point. Bought the champ pack cause it was only the price of a regular game, played the alpha and bought the eternal.
And if someone is so damn broke they can't afford such a small amount then maybe this isn't the hobby for them.
And finally..its a digital product. Can't return a digital product
Would be hard to make a post and be more wrong on things than you were. Most games are digital products and not just the games. You never heard of their refunds? You'd have to be new to the internet but I doubt that's the case.
Also it's not about being broke. I have standards and principles. Meanwhile you are throwing away money at companies like Gamigo who have one of the worst reputations out there with no second thoughts. You're partly the reason why they exist and why they go out of their way to steal money. Because they will always find people who are either ignorant, clueless or both.
So yeah... damn right I'll be careful where my money goes. It's called being a responsible person. 5$ or 5000$. Number doesn't matter. -

Refunds during CBT?
If I buy a pack right now and decide that I don't like the game. Can I refund it during the closed beta phase?

RE: How important is choosing a race?

Are there any obvious advantages of being of a certain archetype over the other due to in-game imbalance or other reason? For example: mage vs melee, mage vs ranger, ranger vs assassin?
Also do I have to pick a certain race and family to have the possibility of maxing out attributes past 18 or 20 cap? For example a mage that wants more than 20 int. I need to be of a certain family right?
Have a look here
I saw that but I wanted some personal thoughts if someone already played.
Also... According to that race/family sheet.
Blue - easier to cap out?
Green - raises the cap?Or blue also raises the cap?
Because the example given just below that picture says that Blue also raised the cap."To exemplify, let’s say you’ve selected a Beastman character of the Nheedra family – a strong breed, but quite slow in reflexes and not the most apt to charm others (it’s a bear, after all…). You’re then able to raise your Strength and Constitution up to 20, but your Dexterity and Charisma only up to 16."
