Personally, I'd love to be able to wear heavy armor, with two-handed axe, while casting spells. That'll make everyone believe my demon being dumb muscle, only for him to disintegrate the opponents with spells

Because I've already wrote this once and then deleted the thread, by accident...And because I've kept saying myself to wait and see how this game progresses...And then ended up buying Immortal Pledge... I blame unique combination of Ultima+DND+Diablo on it... Definitely not my fault...

Given the current activity, I imagine most are sleepers and are waiting for the release of the game, while keeping it out of sight and out of mind. Probably forums are gonna get crashed hard on release day.

I'd rather see how knowledge is earned and at what rate, once it's implemented, before adding knowledge points for killing mobs.

All of the newer monsters don't have loot tables yet and there's no knowledge system so the only point currently is for resources - hides, meats, fat, etc.

Well that's alpha for you.
But yeah, I can certainly understand the frustration of spending tons of resources on combat, only to be left with nothing(played a co-op mission in WH40K:Martyr, only to have all the in-mission loot disappear on me, due to known co-op bug, in a fully released game)
But once again, this is alpha and we still have no clue just how mob slaying is going to be handled, once knowledge system is implemented. It could be that we'll be forced to fight spiders, in order to observe them using their webs, in order to unlock Web spell, or poisoning ability.
Basically, it's wait and see situation.

It has to be a summoning circle! That would be actually cool. You perform an unholy ritual and you create a summoning circle and through it you bind the summoned demon-player to yourself and are able to control it through the ability to unsummon it at any moment.
But it has to be a summoning circle, or I won't be summoned. We, demons, have standards.

I've been bitten in the arse and worse-my wallet, far more times than I'd care to admit... And yet, like an idiot, I keep getting my hopes up and my wallet empty.
So yeah, it's very hypocritical of me to encourage anyone to do a sensible thing and wait, but that's exactly what I'm going to do-wait until the game is beta and you can make a better sense of where it's heading.
Also, please disregard the fact that I have "Immortal" pledge...

I'm sorry, but it's just not gonna work with the knowledge system, as it is your progression. Cut that out and all you're left with is gear, which can, also, be easily circumvented.
