@benseine definitely curious about that. Specifically if the sub-races of beastmen will have related sub-classes of abominations, and if the stats of the beastman sub-class will carry into the abomination. (The Erwydra is supposed to have higher intelligence, will that carry into the abomination version?)

But what I was originally going to say, was I was thinking about this the other day. I think for these 'legendary' weapons, it would be in interesting concept that if they're player made it requires multiple people to craft the weapon. Say 2 or 3 people have the knowledge requirements to craft the weapon, but there is a crafting requirement of 3 people actively crafting the weapon together at the same time, it requires the joint effort.

@prometheus this is awesome!! This is pretty much what I was planning to go into initially, some sort of dexterity based, that enhances with utility/elemental magic and and hopefully either enchanted arrows or runes for "on the fly" magic without depleting my mana(or primal?) reserves. Being dexterity based, I was thinking I could carry a bow and a dagger to swap out as the situation requires.

@benseine These are exciting answers. I'm really looking forward to at least trying the abomination quest line. I'm curious how many abominations or angels we'll be seeing once the game has been released for a few months or years?

RE: What unusual weapon types would you like to see?
This might not be necessarily a weapon 'type', but I'd like to see some weapons that are alignment specific. Not necessarily "limit scythes to evil, and greatswords to good" because that could cause build imbalances. But it could be something like with the planets, d the sword cursif a good player uses an evil swores them and vice versa. Also, maybe neutral players can equip them without being hurt, but they wouldn't get the entire benefit of using the weapon.

RE: An MMO Free of Levels and Classes?
They mentioned in one of the feature articles something about seasons, and having some sort of survival aspects in the game. I think this could be used as an interesting mechanic to help balance things. Say, for example, you're in a cold environment or it's winter, it may not benefit you to equip the highest defense armors because they maybe they don't keep you warm. They already mentioned also that each season would be a week long, so if the seasons had an impact on what sort of armor you could wear, it would push people to have to change their builds on an almost weekly basis just to account for the weather.

I like the idea of either going either the beastman to abomination, or demon to angel. Sounds like an interesting way to play around with the planets and limitations of the races.
