And what would the money-sink be to compensate?
I'm wary of how this game handles its economy and I don't want a system where the strong and rich only get stronger and richer.

Not sure what type of response you expected by making this topic.
I'd rather not, while the creative freedom is nice and it's a cool idea to hand it off to the players in practice, 99% of the time it's fucking terrible.
Thoughts?
I don't have much other than I hope that they follow through with their vision and grand ambitions for the game. Maybe they'll fall short but only time will tell.
I'm not sure how you tend to use wiki sites, but there's a search bar for a reason.
People use wikis to help guide them through specific quests or read up on some mechanics they don't quite understand.
No one randomly flips through random wiki articles and hope they come upon a page they'll find useful.
You're joking, you must be.
The wiki as it currently stands is barren and completely bare-bones right now.
@Specter Could probably answer this for you and he'd be the only active poster who could give you a reasonable answer.
We are nowhere near implementing races and their racial abilities yet so anything from regular users is just pure speculation.
We're a long way from Beta 2.
Just stay tuned and check back in 10 months.
I was not even aware you could leave a group like that, so I find this amusing.
Personally I like to think a lot of these assets are placeholders while they focus on laying the groundwork for the game.
I feel like reasons like that are a factor why they may be limited.
Neither building efficiency nor combat were the main focus of this Alpha test, so I wouldn't expect them to be amazing for an early beta.
Just to clarify, will those of us who have participated in the first alpha be required to download the client again?
I get logged out once in a while as well, but it's not a huge hassle since it takes 5 seconds to log back in.
I'd much prefer this too... Your combat build shouldn't influence or predetermine which crafting school you decide to focus on.
It's cool, I suspect by the time you'll get back, the game will still be in development or even closer to release. It's just a time skip.
I was actually tempted to buy into the Tyrant of Tartaros pack many times but I'm glad someone else eventually did to rid me of that temptation because I know I would regret it in the long run.
I'm surprised there's any remaining limited packs at all at this point.
Immortal is where it's at. Best bang for your buck.
With Fractured being a new game, I feel like people are just grasping for the next closest thing to compare it to and with it sharing the same top down perspective and a focus on PvP gameplay, Albion is a natural choice for many.
I personally feel like once we get a more in-depth look at the actual systems driving the gameplay behind Fractured, it will be nothing like Albion.
Jesus christ, please not here.
That slow of a day that this is going to be an issue, huh?
It'd be way to straining if everything was a free-for-all all the time and would mean you have to stick in the vicinity of your house to defend it since there's no quick travel option.
Placing some limitations on what/when/where (you) can be raided is a good idea.
