Comprando o pacote relacionado a fase beta 1 eu posso acessar em qualquer data após seu início?

sadness...Yes, the Beta 1 is planned to start Q1 2020.
However, we are at the moment a little bit behind the schedule, so the beginning may be pushed to start Q2 2020 for example.

At the moment the official launch is planned to happen 2021 Q3 and I am Referring to the Roadmap here.
