Kind of depends on housing restrictions, and really there is no way there are no restrictions even if not flat out stated. I mean come on, they won't let u build your house in the middle of the busiest town just for you to hog the spot and annoy players in a safe zone where they can't even tear it down. Well, if they allowed this then that would be one hell of a royal oversight.

You can only build ur house in a town if the Governor approves of it and gives you a piece of land where you can build it on
The Governor can then also kick you out anytime as well

@Gothix I voted for a small settlement, but I also like to build in a solo or couple of friends in a isolated area. That could be a "really" slow settlement
I won't like to build in a large city, but it could work for example outside a large city.

Can we have HoA's too? cause my demon would love to be head of a development and the local HoA.
