Ingame Language and Localization

Hello. Does anyone know if we will be able to select ingame language?
All I could find on the forum is this link about localization (https://fracturedmmo.com/going-worldwide-regional-servers-localization/). However, it doesn't say if we will have the option to select any language we want.
I'm from Brazil, so naturally I speak Portuguese, but I'd still rather have the game client running in full English version given that it's way easier to find guides/tips/content/etc in English on the internet, and easily correlate these information to the game features (item names, locations, etc.).

@giansen i would assume, that we will get a launcher, where we can chose the language.
At least that would make much sense.
