Problems with forum and avatars

I was going try a new sweet avatar but if it try to put it as url or uploaded from my pc it say:
×ERROR
EACCES: permission denied, open '/opt/nodebb/public/uploads/profile/edit-profileavatar.jpeg'
Anyone else does getting this message?

@00 Change your photo to paint. There just hit save as and choose the format boring

@00 Rename your .jpeg to .jpg and try again, maybe thats it

Mine was ~96kb and I kept getting the message that it was too large (max 250k).
... Ok.
Definitely something wrong with it.
