can i win a alpha key? and how?

The game has the following "Phases" before launch:

• Prealpha
• Alpha 1
• Alpha 2
• Beta 1
• Beta 2

You can get a free Prealpha key in either of two ways:

• Guaranteed if you're a top rank in the Foundation
• Possibly if you have ever won a weekly raffle. Each weekly raffle win = one key drawing entry. Anyone who earns a key through the Foundation is excluded from this raffle.

A prealpha key will not give you access to the later alphas or betas or a copy of the final game.

This prealpha will most likely only have humans and Syndesia playable at a very basic level. I wouldn't expect Beastmen and Demons in, along with their respective planets, until Alpha 2 or later.

To gain access to Alpha 1, Alpha 2, Beta 1, or Beta 2, you must pledge through Kickstarter. It's 30 Euros (approx. US $24) for basic Beta 2 access + discounted game at launch.
