Hero Profile - How Does it work exactly?

Anyone else wonder if the Race God, and Alignment will affect your Hero Profile slightly in-game?

The hero profile isn't the actual way you will create a character ingame, nor does it reserve your name.
Race, alignment and gods will certainly affect your character though. Race will obviously determine the planet you start on. Alignment will certainly affect your playstyle, and if your alignment conflicts too much with the race you belong to, you'll end up exiled from your planet. Gods will grant you various blessings and divine magic schools.

Oh thanks again Specter, i guess i'm going to get picky on Alignment. And is there a place i could check out which blessings and divine magic schools can be crafted/obtained from the Gods/Alignment? :3
