Will be there pet system?

I love game with pet, wich help you in combat or just take the drops, but i love it. Will be there any of that?
If not, maybe can be a nice feature to have.

An interesting option for a pet system would be being able to tame any beast in the game to become a pet and having a loyalty meter for pets. Unlike summoned undead, a living animal would not forgive you that you constantly get it seriously injured or killed and you should regularly appease it with favourite food, toys or treats.

@alcriblp Where did you see this information ? Yes, there will be pets, but normally, they will just follow you. It has already been discussed about pet that can fight with you, but Prometheus said they will not.
