+400 skills at release or sooner?

In spotlight #4 it is mentioned that alpha1 will have about half of all the +400 skills. Can we see the full list only after release or sooner during alpha or beta?
Same question for the racial abilities such as how the wolf-kin group buffs look, the hellfire's affinity with fire or what the vampire's bloodmagic is. We see it at release or alpha/beta?

I assume they'll add the rest sometime during beta. All abilities need to be tested for bugs and such before the official release.

i was expecting more like 50 during alpha then beta could be up to 100 - 400.
