Will the pre-alpha be available to see?

Chances are I won't get a key, so I just wanna know if people who get the key will be able to record it and put it on YouTube or stream while playing, or whether it'll be very controlled because the game isn't close to being finished.

@pakub Pre alpha can't be revealed to people because of the embargo. All material starting from alpha 1 can be shown
