Is this going to be free or limited to a almost required membership

is this going to be a straight up download and play for free game or is it going to be pay once or even you can play for free but it is better to pay consistently for a membership which gives you access to more stuff?

I suggest really to read the News, FAQs and the All we know Thread, Links you find in my signature or on the startpage of Fractured.
The game will be buy to play, will have an optional VIP membership too and it has an Itemshop.
But the Shop and VIP will be no pay to win.
