PvP on beastmen world

Can a good aligned beastman on the PvE world (I forget its name) kill another good aligned beastman? Or is PvP fully disabled?

@princecorwin Good aligned Beastmen cannot attack other good aligned Beastmen on Arboreus. They can however change their alignment to neutral on Syndesia and kill Beastmen on Syndesia instead. If your Beastman is evil, you will be exiled from Arboreus and you will face the same penalties as any other evil aligned character on Arboreus would.
