Mana Regen dropping when going in/out of combat

I found my mana regen would randomly drop in increments of maybe 10 or 5 regen as I was killing stuff. It has taken me from 60 to 10 mana regen at worst, but seems to happen in small increments. I am playing an Aeromancer, dunno if it's related to mages/casters in any way maybe. My melee guy didn't seem to have this bug

It is a bug related to toggles with mana cost and traversing of server lines.
We are waiting for a fix.

@Dreadmodex Are you using any toggle spells like Mage Armor for example?
