Citizenship applications

Just a bit of feedback - Citizenship applications use account name, which is not used anywhere in game, so you don't know who's who. Adding the character name that put in the application as well would be a helpful addition

@Jameow it's been mentioned several times, but as Citizenship is an Account level action, they have done nothing about it, and they want you to keep your citizenship even if you delete and start a new character.

I'm not suggesting replacing Account name, I'm saying they should ALSO list the character that made the application. like "[Account name](character name)" as a reference, it only needs to be for the application, the citizenship still goes to the account.
